Returns and Cancellations
Our goal at DoodlePad.com is to provide unique products that delight you while offering outstanding customer care.
Part of our customer care process includes thorough proofreading of all orders. We attempt to catch all spelling, wording, etiquette or grammatical errors. We are, however, unable to verify the accuracy of names, places, dates and times, so please review the information in your order very carefully.
Once your order has been submitted you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you made a mistake during the customizing process, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to make the necessary changes. There is a good possibility the order will have already made it to production mode, which means it is being printed. If this is the case, changes to your order can not be made and your order will be shipped as is. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to the fact that all of our products are customized.
Please make sure that you are ordering exactly what you want and that all of your text is entered correctly before submitting an order. Once your order has been submitted and has entered production mode it can not be canceled. If you unintentionally place an order please contact us immediately, and we will attempt to cancel the order for you.
