- Place online orders at DoodlePad.com any day of the week, any time of the day. If you are more comfortable placing your order by phone, please feel free to call our customer care department, (865) 851-6205, Monday through Friday, 9a.m. - 5p.m. (Eastern Time).
- When you place an online order, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail with details about your order. You are charged when your order is placed.
- If you place your order by phone you will receive an e-mail with details about your order for verification. You must e-mail us back with your approval before we can process your order. Your order will not be processed until we receive an e-mail approval from you.
Text For Your Order
- It is crucial that you include all of the text that you wish to appear on your order. This includes headings, punctuation or any other text that you wish to add. Any text that automatically appears on the product will be detailed in the product description.
- Please enter your order very carefully. We do not make changes to the text of your order unless we receive an e-mail stating your requested changes before your order has gone into production; otherwise the order will be printed, mistakes and all. Once an order has been submitted changes are not guaranteed and will be granted only if the order has not entered production. Changes and cancellations can not be made if the order is already in production.
Please Review Your Order
- It is your responsibility as the customer to review your order before submitting it to DoodlePad.com. Unfortunately, after your order has been submitted, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on personalized products. By placing an order, you are agreeing to our online policy.
- DoodlePad.com attempts to picture everything as clearly as possible but, unfortunately, all monitors differ slightly. DoodlePad.com is not responsible for differences in texture or color. We suggest calling us at (865)-851-6205 or e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns about what you are viewing on your monitor.
- If you would like to see the invitation or stationery in person before placing your order it is possible to order a sample for a fee of $3 to cover shipping costs. No text will be printed on the sample.
