Late and Missing Orders
Please notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order.
Once you have placed an order, it is your responsibility to inform DoodlePad.com if your order does not arrive. You will receive an e-mail from DoodlePad.com notifying you when your order is shipped.
You can track your package online via the UPS tracking website at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html with the tracking information you receive after placing your order with us.
If you have still not received your order two weeks after its estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can track the order with the appropriate carrier.
DoodlePad.com can track your shipment only for 30 days. It is your responsibility to inform DoodlePad.com if you have not received your order within 30 days of your order date. After that time, we will be unable to track it for you.Back to Customer Care
