Duplicate and Unintended Orders
Sometimes mistakes happen. Please review the policies below so you will know what to do in the event of unintended or duplicate order.
Duplicate Orders
You are deemed responsible for any order you place on DoodlePad.com. Please do not enter an order twice for any reason, even if you are unsure the order was submitted. Please contact us if you are concerned that your order was not transmitted.
If you do happen to place your order twice, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to stop the second order before it enters production. We can not guarantee that this will be possible. You can e-mail us at customercare@doodlepad.com or call us at 865-851-6205 to notify us about duplicate orders.
Unintended Orders
As with duplicate orders, please call DoodlePad.com immediately for an order that was placed unintentionally. By placing your credit card information into our system and submitting the order, you are agreeing to the charges and approving the order. In the event of an accidental order, we will try our best to stop the order before it enters production.
