Damage and Errors

We strive to make your order as perfect as possible. Unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong. Please take a moment to read our damage and error policies.

Damage

Unfortunately, orders sometimes become damaged in transit. If your order arrives with damages, please contact DoodlePad.com immediately by either phone or e-mail. Damages must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery for replacements to be made. The original packaging must be returned to DoodlePad.com to show proof of damage. DoodlePad.com will then schedule an inspection with the carrier. The carrier has up to four weeks to schedule an inspection if they choose to do so.

Errors

DoodlePad.com strives to complete all orders without mistakes. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, errors do occasionally occur. If you identify a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately. Sometimes we may ask that you return the incorrect order, mail one piece of it to us, or fax us a copy. Please do not ship the entire order back to us unless asked to do so.

If you find an error in the text or failure to follow original instructions, and the error is determined to be the fault of DoodlePad.com, we will replace your personalized item at no additional charge. DoodlePad.com is not responsible for errors found in the original text and instructions provided to us during the order process.

It is your responsibility to check your order for mistakes as soon as it arrives. You must notify DoodlePad.com of any errors within 14 days of receipt. DoodlePad.com will redo the order as it was initially ordered, without any changes other than fixing the error. Only replacements will be provided. DoodlePad.com does not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges on orders containing mistakes.

Errors in Quantity

Your order will be counted several times before being shipped to be sure you receive the correct quantity. Please count your order when it arrives and contact us within 14 days of receipt if the quantity is incorrect.

All replacement orders will be shipped by the same methods used in the original shipment. For an additional cost, however, you may upgrade your shipping to another method. Although replacement orders take priority over other orders, we can not guarantee a delivery date for any order.
