Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. (Eastern Time), except for the following holidays, when the DoodlePad office is closed:
- New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and Friday After Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
